Every Shedzy order ships free to the United States and usually arrives in 7–15 business days.

Free shipping! Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Where orders ship from: Our products ship from our partner warehouses, some of which are outside the US. That's how we keep prices fair for pet parents.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show updates, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Orders with more than one item: Items can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.

Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. Need to fix it? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before it ships.

Late or missing packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@shopshedzy.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
