🐾Shipping & orders:

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 7–15 business days within the US.

Is shipping really free? Yes! Every order ships free, with no minimum.

Where's my tracking number? We email it as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating, so give it a little time.

Why did my order arrive in two packages? Some items ship from different warehouses, so they can arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each package.

Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Any time after this, we unfortunately cannot cancel as the order has already processed. Email us with your order number and we'll take care of it support@shopshedzy.com.
